Q: How quickly will my order be shipped?
A: Each piece is made to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for production before your artwork ships. Once shipped, delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Because our artwork is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse. However, if your canvas arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly arrange a replacement.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Refunds are issued only in cases of damaged or defective items that cannot be replaced. Please reach out with photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: Orders begin production quickly. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship to many international destinations. Shipping availability, rates, and delivery times vary by country and will be calculated at checkout.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your artwork’s journey to your home.
