A: We want you to love your Renmasu apparel! If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns for exchange. Please ensure that the item is unworn, unwashed, and has the original tags attached. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: At this time, we only offer exchanges for items that are in new condition with original tags in place. If you need a different size or another item, please contact us, and we'll be happy to assist you.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
A: We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to contact us directly as soon as possible.

A: To keep your Renmasu gear looking its best, we recommend washing it in cold water with similar colors and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach and do not iron the print.
