Return and Refund Policy

Returns

We want you to love your Renmasu purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
  • Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

To initiate a return:
Contact us at renmasuapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you through the process.

Refunds

  • Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days after we receive the item for the refund to process.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the item arrived damaged or defective.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
  • If your desired item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items (e.g., face masks, custom pieces) cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
